RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Advancing scientific and technical concepts through structured research, development, evaluation, and progressive validation.

DIVISION OVERVIEW
The Research & Development Division serves as LDRG’s primary scientific and technical development arm. The division supports the structured advancement of concepts through research, modeling, documentation, evaluation, and progressive validation. Its work is intended to preserve continuity from early investigation through increasingly mature stages of development while maintaining clear distinctions between established findings, developing work, and proposed future capability.
CORE RESEARCH PROGRAM
The Dark Slip Plasma Bass Drive Integrated Systems Program (DSPBD-ISP) is the core research program of the Research & Development Division. The program coordinates the development of the DSPBD propulsion concept and its supporting systems, including propulsion research, artificial intelligence development, spacecraft systems development, modeling, documentation, and progressive validation.
